Private tours of our Preschool and K-8 school are available all year and can be arranged at a time that is convenient for you. Please call our school office at (440) 937-6420 or click on the button below to schedule your tour.
Admissions Timeline
New Student Applications are currently being accepted. Click on the "Apply Now" button in the lower left hand side of this page to submit an application.
Please note: Enrollment Packets will not be emailed out immediately upon receipt of your application. We provide our current families the opportunity to re-enroll by mid-February. Once we determine how many spots are available, we will email enrollment packets to new applicants in the order they are received.
FACTS Family Portal
Holy Trinity School uses the FACTS
Tuition Management and FACTS SIS systems. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a link to complete your enrollment in our FACTS Family Portal. Once enrolled, FACTS will be used for all communication, tuition, lunch, field trips, aftercare, grades, etc.
New Student Application
Begin the Application and Enrollment process by clicking on the link below. This is a short application with basic demographic and contact information. Once this information is reviewed, approved and you have toured the school, we will send you a link to complete enrollment.
Returning Student
Returning students will be automatically re-enrolled for the next school year unless you have communicated that your student will not be returning. You will received a bill for the enrollment fee. You will receive an email in January to complete enrollment forms. Click on the link below to access your FACTS Family Portal.
Important Information
Holy Trinity School accepts students of any race, religion, color or ethnic origin with first choice being given to active, registered members of the parish. Students entering our Introduction to Preschool class must be three years old by August 1st. Students entering our Full Day and Half Day Pre-K classes must be four years old by August 1st. Students entering Kindergarten must be five years old by August 1st.
