Background and Interests:  Ms. McGoun joins Holy Trinity as one of our 3rd Grade teachers, bringing valuable experience in both early childhood education and coaching. She previously owned and operated an in-home daycare for nearly 14 years, served as a substitute teacher for grades K–3, and spent many years coaching basketball at Magnificat High School. These experiences have shaped her into a nurturing and dedicated educator with a strong commitment to student growth.

In the classroom, Ms. McGoun is known for creating structured yet welcoming routines where students feel both safe and motivated to learn. She is passionate about fostering curiosity, building confidence, and developing a love of learning that supports both academic and personal growth. Her approach ensures that every child feels supported and encouraged throughout their learning journey.

She is excited to bring her love of education and child development into the Holy Trinity community. Ms. McGoun looks forward to partnering with families and students to create meaningful relationships that strengthen both faith and learning.
