Anne Flanagan

Upper School Principal

Background and Interests:  Mrs. Flanagan is a lifelong Catholic educator with extensive experience in teaching, student services, and school leadership. She has held several roles at Saint Paul School in Westerville, including middle school science teacher, STEAM Coordinator, and Assistant to the Principal. Most recently, she served as Director of Student Services at Immaculate Conception School in Clintonville, where she led special education programs, oversaw intervention efforts, and supported teachers and students through a team-based approach.


She is deeply passionate about supporting the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students. Mrs. Flanagan is dedicated to creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment where students can thrive both inside and outside of the classroom. Her leadership emphasizes compassion, high expectations, and a strong commitment to Catholic education.


Mrs. Flanagan brings a collaborative leadership style to Holy Trinity, grounded in her belief that strong relationships between students, families, and teachers form the foundation of a successful school community. She is excited to continue her mission of fostering meaningful connections and guiding students in their faith and learning journeys.
