Meet & Greet, Supply Drop Off and Parent Meetings
Mark your calendars for these important back to school events:
Thursday, August 16th at 7pm- New Family Buddy Night
All families new to our K-8 school are invited to come meet their buddy family, tour the school, peruse
the uniform exchange and pick up their family folder. This event will take place in the Gym.
Sunday, August 19th from 2:30-4:00pm -Grades 4 & 5 Meet and Greet, Supply Drop and Parent Meeting: All incoming 4th & 5th grade parents may visit the classrooms, drop off supplies and then meet the teachers in the gym for the mandatory parent meeting.
Sunday, August 19th from 4:30-5:00pm - Junior High Chromebook Pick Up: All new Junior High students and/or their parents and incoming 6th graders (and/or their parents) may stop by the gym to receive their Chromebook.
Sunday, August 19th from 5:00pm-7:00pm - Junior High Parent Meeting will begin at 5pm: Parents of all incoming 6th through 8th graders will gather in the gym at 5pm for the mandatory parent meeting. Following the presentation, parents will rotate through each Junior High classroom to meet the teachers and discuss the expectations of each class.
Monday, August 20th at 6:00pm-7:30pm - K-3 Meet & Greet, Supply Drop Off and Parent Meeting:
Parents are asked to park in the south lot and bring their students to meet the teachers in the classrooms, drop off all supplies and stay for the mandatory parent meeting.
Monday, August 27th, 6:00pm - Preschool Parent Meeting
There will be teacher presentations by Mrs. Dean (Introduction to Preschool) in the gym, Mrs. McCann (Junior Kindergarten) in her classroom and Mrs. Dietz (Pre-K) in her classroom. Families may bring in their supplies and drop them off in each classroom as well.
*There will be no Family Folder Sunday like in past years.*
*Please look for the Family Folder table in the gym hallway and be sure to pick up your family’s at one of the Open Houses*
